Hi there, I am V. Professional Human Resource Specialist by day; home-cooking, wine drinking, recipe twisting wife and mother by night. Here you will find weeknight recipes inspirations, sweet treats and baked goods. 
Born into a family who loved to cook and bake; it was inevitable I would pick up the passion too. After years of cooking and baking, I needed good quality products. It wouldn't be the same if I didn't have Pampered Chef to help me with some of the fun and unique ways to prepare, cook and present meals.
And here we are today... ND Capital Chef is the result of quality time in the kitchen, a fascination with food, and a desire to re-purpose old classics into new favorites while using state of the art products from Pampered Chef.
