Bacon, Bacon, BACON!!
Do you cringe when your family wants bacon for breakfast? Tired of the grease splatters all over the stove top and lingering smell of bacon that wafts through the house all day. If you haven’t tried cooking your bacon in the oven (or on the grill) you need to start STAT! This Sheet Pan Bacon slice recipe are perfect and this is why:
-It’s quick and easy.
-You can make more at once.
-It’s the best way to cook bacon evenly.
Sheet Pan Bacon
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Using the large Pampered Chef sheet pan, use aluminum foil to cover bottom and edges of pan. Place a wire rack in the sheet pan and lay bacon slices across the rack in a single layer. Do not overlap. Bake for 20 Minutes*
*If you prefer crispier, bake a few minutes longer, if you like it soft and chewier, bake a few minutes less.
Clean up is a cinch. Simply tilt the pan and pour into a container (when the grease is still warm). Use the leftover bacon grease for butter or oil substitute. Use grease to fry eggs, chicken wings, or use for sauteing veggies.
