Easy-Peasy Pizza Dough

Want an amazing homemade pizza that is super easy and fast to make? This is the perfect recipe for you. The boys and I love make homemade pizzas and add our own toppings and ingredients. Use the smaller stones for personal pizzas, or the large stone for family portion. Visit my website here for different size stones.


1 1/2 c self-rising flour (plus more for kneading)

1 c plain Greek yogurt


Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough 8-10 minutes , adding more flour if needed.

Use any Pampered Chef stoneware. Spread dough to edges of stones. Brush dough with extra virgin olive oil.

*make sure to cook at 500 degrees, otherwise the crust will not brown.

Per serving: 116 calories, 2.8 g fat, 18.4 g carbohydrates, 3.8 g protein
