Easy-Peasy Pizza Dough
Want an amazing homemade pizza that is super easy and fast to make? This is the perfect recipe for you. The boys and I love make homemade pizzas and add our own toppings and ingredients. 1 1/2 c self-rising flour (plus more for kneading)
1 c plain Greek yogurt
Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough 8-10 minutes , adding more flour if needed.
Use any Pampered Chef stoneware. Spread dough to edges of stones. Brush dough with extra virgin olive oil.
*make sure to cook at 500 degrees, otherwise the crust will not brown.
