Kickin' Jalapeno Poppers
6 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
1 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
6 Slices Bacon (I prefer Smoked Applewood)
Split peppers in half and scrape out seeds and ribs. (If you prefer it spicy, keep some seeds).
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese and ranch packet. Mix thoroughly.
Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture.
Slice your bacon in half and wrap around each pepper. Use a toothpick to secure.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or grill on medium heat for 20 minutes; or until bacon is crisp.
