1 lb. Ground beef (94% higher)
1/2 lb. Ground Turkey
1/2 lb. Ground Pork,Hot Italian
2 Tomatoes, Pureed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Basil
1 oz. Envelop Onion Soup Mix
3 oz. Whisked Egg Whites
In large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until they are combined well.
Spray Brownie Pan with Pam Cooking Spray add mixture to fill molds.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, serve with whipped potatoes and steamed veggies.
Optional: Add Sugar Free Ketchup or Hickory Barbeque Sauce.
