Reuben Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 lb. Deli Pastrami

1 c. Sauerkraut

1 c. Thousand Island Dressing

1 lb. Shredded Swiss Cheese

2- 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese

1 Loaf Pumpernickel Bread (Cubed)


Directions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


Combine cream cheese, sauerkraut, dressing, diced pastrami and shredded Swiss cheese in large bowl and mix.


Pour mixture in oven safe greased dish.

Bake for 10 minutes, stir the mixture and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.


Serve with bread.
