Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
I am always searching for the best place to enjoy a spicy Bloody Mary. Whether I am visiting local or traveling, nothing fancy's me more on a Saturday morning than enjoying these cocktails in a salty rimmed glass. The best Bloody Mary I have indulged in is at the Casino Beach Bar on Pensacola Beach, FL. It might be the salt in the air, or the spice from the pickled peppers, however, they surely are tasty and pack a punch! Whenever I am back visiting family, we always make a pit stop at CBBG.
Here is my own personal Bloody Mary Mix that has that spice, saltiness and zang.
1-32oz can Tomato Juice
4 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tsp Celery Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
2 Tsp Tabasco
1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tsp Horseradish
8 oz Vodka
Fresh Limes
Mix all together in pitcher. Rim glasses with fresh lime juice and dip rim of glass in Bacon Salt*. Serve over ice.
Garnish with any of the following to vamp up the Bloody Mary bar:
Celery Stalks
Pickles
Green Olives
Pickled Peppers
Skewer of beef sticks, salami and cubed cheese
Lime wedges
Substitute Clamato for Bloody Caesar's. Omit Vodka for Virgin Mary's.
