Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 c. Mayonnaise

1 c. Sour Cream

1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach

1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:

Thaw frozen spinach and drain well on paper towels or cheesecloth.

Combine all ingredients together and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve with fresh, crisp vegetables, crackers and bread.
